Tenant Application Process
At Cloud Homes one of our main aims is to make the process as simple as possible for our tenants as we appreciate moving to a new house can be stressful.
All applicants looking to secure one of our properties or a room within a house of multiple occupancy can expect the following simple process:
1. Viewing of property and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
2. If you are interested in taking the application further a copy of our terms of business will be emailed to you where you can read and sign remotely.
3. We then ask for 1 weeks holding deposit to be paid via bank transfer which will secure the property for you. This holding deposit will be credited towards your full deposit when due.
4. Our referencing company will then email you an online form to complete.
5. Once referencing is complete and successful, we will then agree a move in date and send your tenancy agreement over email, along with support documents, for you to read and sign remotely.
6. We ask for your 1st months rent and remaining security deposit to be paid by bank transfer no later than the last working day before you move in.
7. A member of Cloud Homes will meet you on the day to hand over keys and complete a right to rent check (simply show us your photo ID!)
